Terms of Service

1. Offer and Prices

The Pilateshaus Zürich can change the general terms and conditions as well

change the offer and prices at any time. Customers will be notified of the changes in writing or in another suitable mannergiven. They are deemed to have been approved if the customer does not give notice by registered letter within 30 days of notification of the change.

 

2. Registration

The registration, written or verbal, is considered binding. In case of no-show, the entire course fee will be charged.

 

3. Prevention / Cancellation of Lessons

In the event of prevention due to illness, vacation or other reasons, agreed hours must be canceled by the customer at least 24 hours before the appointment, otherwise the full amount is owed.

 

4. Subscriptions

All subscriptions are valid for six months from the date of issue.

Paid but not or only partially used subscriptions expire after their period of validity.
There is no entitlement to reimbursement. 
In the event of illness, accident or pregnancy, current subscriptions be interrupted for the duration of the absence.

The illness/accident/pregnancy must be reported immediately in writing.
In any case, a medical certificate must be submitted.

5. Duet Lessons

If there is only one registration for a booked duet lesson, the customer concerned will be informed in good time. If the registered customer still wants to complete the lesson, the approach for individual training applies.

6. Terms of payment

Trial lessons and individual lessons must be paid in cash or by bank transfer prior to the lesson. Subscriptions are to be paid for in advance. The customer is in default without a reminder if the payment is not made as agreed. In the event of a delay in payment of more than one month or failure to comply with the terms of the contract, the total amount of the contract is due for payment. All expenses incurred in connection with the collection of overdue claims shall be borne by the customer.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Pilateshaus Zürich excludes all liability for itself and its staff. For loss of or damage to personal belongings of customers, the

company can not be held responsible. All trainers also have professional liability insurance.

8. Use

The Pilateshaus Zurich makes the facilities of the Pilates studio available to its clients during the respective course. Use is at your own risk and is limited to the duration of the course.

The client undertakes to use all facilities made available to him or her, in particular Pilates equipment and aids, properly and carefully. If individual facilities are not used, the course fee cannot be refunded. In the event of the studio being closed for operational reasons and failures of up to two weeks for which the Pilateshaus Zurich is not responsible (force majeure), the customer has no claim for damages. If the closure lasts longer than two weeks, the subscription is automatically extended by the closure time that exceeds the two weeks.

9. Health Status

The customer confirms that they have sufficient mental and physical health to participate in the training.

 

10. Governing Law

Swiss law applies.
