Growing up in Berlin, I was accepted as a child into the 8-year training course to become a stage dancer at the Palucca School in Dresden because of my urge to move and my love of dance.

​

After the end of my dance career, I became a graphic designer. In 2006 I discovered Pilates training and was immediately fascinated by it.
The perfect mixture of strength and flexibility, stability and flexibility is an enormous enrichment for my physical and mental well-being.

From 2012 I lived in Shanghai and Singapore for three years and started training as a Pilates trainer there. After my return from Asia, I taught individual and group lessons in various studios in Zurich for mat and the classic devices.
 

I have been a partner of the Pilateshaus Zurich since 2018 and I am extremely happy to be able to work in this beautiful place.
